Excellent product. Best value on the market. Very, very, easy to set up and I can control my heaters from my mobile phone via a really easy to use app. Highly recommend. Quick dispatch when ordered and great customer service.

Fabulous piece of kit - we used it on a towel rail. The app is great, allowing you to turn on/off set a timer for set times/days and has a countdown timer so that you don’t forget to leave it on
Links seamlessly to Alexa too. I’m a very happy customer!
Instructions could be better - leave the switch on permanently and use the app to control (or the button on the switch).
Blue light is perfect as it gives some light in hallway, but wouldn’t want this in bedroom.

Easy to wire up. App was very easy to download and add the switch to it. Easy to add to Google too. Can now control the radiator heater via Google assistant, the Google Home app and the Tuya smart app. Pricey tho, and you have to download yet another smart app to get started.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.
Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.
We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.
Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.
No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.
If you will need any further information regarding our Pre-Filled electric towel rail radiators please contact us via Elegant-Radiators contact page or online chat at the bottom right corner of this page.
You need a pair of valves for central heating connection. You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor. You need ANGLED or CORNER valves for pipes coming out of wall.
BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT. We recommend you to calculate your room BTU requirement and select your radiator according to your room requirement. We have designed a BTU calculator tool.
