Returns Policy
Our return period lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are exempt from being returned:
• Gift cards
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@elegant-radiators.co.uk and send your item to the address provided above.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
