Every trade account gets 10% off all products, designer radiators included. Trade customers in the West Midlands can get up to 20%, based on volume.

Yes. Trade accounts get free express delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum order.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Fill in the short form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply during working hours, Monday to Friday, and email your trade discount code once your account is set up.
Can I reserve stock for a project?
Yes. Tell us the products and the dates you need them and we can reserve stock for scheduled installations.
What warranty do trade customers get?
The same as every customer: 5 years on towel rails and 25 years on stainless steel and aluminium, excluding labour.
