Our Story
"Everyone kept telling me to give up."
In 2012, I started Elegant Radiators with a simple observation: homeowners and plumbers were struggling to find towel rails that fit their existing pipe work. The market was full of standard sizes that meant expensive plumbing modifications or compromise. I believed we could do better.
What began as a one-man operation in a small warehouse corner has grown into a specialist heating supplier serving thousands of customers across the UK. We started by stocking niche sizes - towel rails in 50mm width increments from 200mm to 1300mm - so customers could find exact replacements without touching their pipes.
Today, from our Coventry warehouse (CV7 9NH), we ship designer radiators, heated towel rails, and heating accessories UK-wide. But we've never forgotten why we started: solving real problems for real people.

We're a small, dedicated team - not a faceless corporation. When you call or WhatsApp us, you're speaking to people who know our products inside out. Our warehouse team picks and packs every order with care, and our customer service team (yes, real humans) are available via live chat, phone, and WhatsApp.
