Shipping Policy

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are charged at £9.99.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Methods

We use three delivery methods depending on your location and order size:

• Courier (standard) — most orders are dispatched via major UK couriers on a next-working-day service. Please allow 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Pallet delivery — bulk or large orders are shipped on pallets. Delivery times may vary; we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
• Own van delivery (West Midlands) — customers in the West Midlands area may receive delivery via our own vehicle. We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.

Reina Products

Products from our Reina range are dispatched directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address. Delivery times may differ slightly from our standard timescales.

Remote Locations & Islands

We deliver throughout the UK including Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges apply to these areas. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or shortage, contact us within 3 working days of receipt. We are unable to file claims with couriers after this window.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery without prior agreement, the courier or pallet return cost will be deducted from your refund.
