    This was the only place where I could find a large towel radiator with exactly the right dimensions to replace my previous one. it would have been useful to have clearer information on the website because I wanted an electric only website and when my Electrician saw it, he said I had bought the wrong. I got in touch with elegant radiators immediately via email and they response straight away and very helpful. They explained that the radiator can be used for either, but for electric I would need to buy an Elegant radiators immediately via email and their response was straight away and very helpful. They explained that the radiator can be used for either, but for electric I would need to buy an extra part that cost about £70. They very kindly included some of the antifreeze to go in it and then we had to fill out ourselves with filtered water. Whoever helped me and customer service was fantastic and the extra bit was delivered the next day Delivery was excellent.

    Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

    We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

    Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

    No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

    BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
