Great service & great product

We had our bathrooms refitted a few years ago but adding heated towel rails was a cost too far so we stuck with the radiators. Roll forward a few years and we had some cash to upgrade so were really happy to find Elegant Radiators and their radiator sized towel rails, so no fiddly pipework and tile replacement was needed! Really speedy delivery and great product. They look and work brilliantly in the bathrooms. Thank you!

Great towel rail rubbish fixing screws

Very pleased with the radiator but the fixing screws are rubbish. Nearly got two of them in and the heads went. I trued manual and power driver. Had to buy screw extractor to get them out. Very difficult at the bottom of the fixture tube.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

You need a pair of valves for central heating connection.
You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
