These guys are local to me. Picked up the rad no problem. Bloke there was friendly and helpful. One thing I would suggest is to use Loctite 577 to seal the radiator tails. Far better than endless wraps of PTFE tape which may still leak.

Great looking radiator for bathroom.

Prompt delivery. Was able to buy valves and reducer set on same order which was convenient and made fitting easy. Updated bathroom by replacing old radiator with this towel rail one looks great. I fitted a smaller version to downstairs toilet over 2 years ago and still looks like new.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

You need a pair of valves for central heating connection.
You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor.
You need ANGLEDor CORNERvalves for pipes coming out of wall.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
