Is the Reina Trento compatible with a heat pump?
A. Reina publish a Delta T30 output for both Trento sizes, so it can be used on a heat pump system - use the Delta T30 column in our heat output table for accurate figures. Size the towel rail against that column rather than the gas boiler figures.

Can the Trento be used as an electric or dual fuel towel rail?
A. Reina list the Trento for central heating, electric and dual fuel. For electric or dual fuel use you need a compatible heating element, so please contact our team to confirm the right element kit for your size before ordering.

What valves do I need for the Trento?
A. The Trento has G1/2 inch connections. Radiator valves are not supplied, so you need a lockshield valve and a manual or thermostatic valve. Reina's pipe centre figure is 440mm on both sizes. Contact our team if you would like help choosing a pair that suits your pipework.

What are the pipe centres and wall distances on the Trento?
A. Both sizes are 500mm wide with pipe centres of 440mm. Wall to pipe centres is 65 to 80mm and the distance from the wall is 85 to 100mm. Reina's installation guide says to keep the rail at least 50mm below any overhanging surface such as a shelf, and no lower than 100mm from the floor.

A. The 950mm high Trento has 9 flat bars and the 1300mm high Trento has 13 flat bars, giving you space to hang towels.

What is the maximum working temperature and pressure?
A. Reina's installation guide gives a maximum working temperature of 95 degrees C and a maximum working pressure of 4 bar. If you are unsure whether your system stays within those limits, ask your installer before ordering.

What is included in the box and who should fit it?
A. The Trento comes with four wall brackets, four wall anchors, fixing screws, washers, security screws, an air vent and an end plug. Radiator valves are not included. Reina state it must be fitted by a fully qualified installer.
