The Rondy is our oval-column designer radiator: a soft, curved profile that looks more considered than a flat panel while staying priced for everyday homes. Four models cover a low 600 mm horizontal and a tall vertical, each in white or anthracite and in single or double panel, from £54.43 inc. VAT.

Why Choose Oval Columns?

Where most panel radiators have a flat face, the Rondy's rounded columns catch the light and give the wall a visible shadow line, so it reads as a feature rather than an appliance. It suits contemporary kitchens, open-plan living rooms and hallways where the radiator is on show. The same tall, slim profile that makes the vertical a focal point also frees floor space — see more designer radiators if you want to compare styles.

Horizontal Rondy: 600 mm High

Widths run from 360 mm to 1,440 mm, giving 355 – 2,161 W at ΔT50. The 600 mm height suits a space below a window or a lower wall run, and the widest sizes can heat a large living room on their own.

Vertical Rondy: 1,600 and 1,800 mm High

With widths from 300 to 600 mm, the vertical delivers 791 – 2,338 W from a footprint narrow enough for alcoves, hallways and the gap beside patio doors.

Rondy Heat Output Tables

Outputs are tested to BS EN 442 at ΔT50 (flow 75°C, return 65°C, room 20°C). ΔT60 suits older high-temperature boilers; ΔT30 is the figure to use with heat pumps and low-temperature systems — both are calculated from the ΔT50 test result. Prices include VAT.

Rondy Horizontal 600 mm — White and Anthracite

Outputs are identical in both finishes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Rondy different from a standard panel radiator?

The Rondy has curved, oval columns instead of a flat front, which gives a softer, more sculptural look on the wall. It is built from 1.5 mm mild steel and finished in a durable white or anthracite powder coat.

Should I choose single or double panel?

A double panel gives roughly 50% more heat than a single panel of the same size, at a slightly greater depth (105 mm against 92 mm from the wall). Choose single where projection matters, and double where you need more output from a limited wall.

Is the Rondy suitable for a heat pump?

Yes. ΔT30 values are published for the range, so you can size against a low-temperature system. Check the Watts ΔT30 column in the tables above, and allow for a larger radiator than you would use with a gas boiler.

What valves does the Rondy need?

It has ½" BSP bottom connections, so use 15 mm angled or straight valves depending on your pipe layout. Valves are not included; a thermostatic (TRV) set is recommended.

What heights and widths does the Rondy come in?

The horizontal is 600 mm high and 360 to 1,440 mm wide. The vertical is 1,600 or 1,800 mm high and 300 to 600 mm wide. All sizes are in white and anthracite.

Is the Rondy BS EN 442 tested, and what is the guarantee?

Yes — 10 bar working pressure, 13 bar test pressure, tested to BS EN 442, with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.
