Is the Reina Florina compatible with a heat pump?
A. Reina publish a Delta T30 output for every Florina size, so it can be used on a heat pump system - use the Delta T30 column in our heat output table for accurate figures. Size the rail against that column rather than the gas boiler figures.

Can the Florina be used as an electric or dual fuel towel rail?
A. Yes - Reina list the Florina for central heating, electric and dual fuel. For electric or dual fuel use you need a compatible heating element, so please contact our team to confirm the right kit for your size before ordering.

Can the Florina be installed on either side?
A. Yes. The Florina's offset ladder design supports left-hand or right-hand pipework installation, so it fits most bathroom layouts.

Do the three Florina finishes have different heat outputs?
A. No. Chrome, brushed brass and brushed gun metal all give the same output at each size - for example 566W at 1525mm (Delta T50). Choose whichever finish suits your bathroom without affecting how much heat you get.

What valves do I need for the Florina?
A. The Florina has G1/2 inch connections, 100mm apart. Radiator valves are not supplied, so contact our team if you would like help choosing a pair that suits your pipework.

What are the pipe centres and wall distances on the Florina?
A. Pipe centres are 100mm, wall to pipe centres is 68 to 83mm, and the rail sits 88 to 103mm from the wall. All three heights are 500mm wide.
