Is the Reina Dimaro compatible with a heat pump?
A. Reina publish a Delta T30 output for the Dimaro in every finish, so it can be used on a heat pump system - use the Delta T30 column in our heat output table for accurate figures. Size the radiator against that column rather than the gas boiler figures.

Can the Dimaro be used as an electric or dual fuel radiator?
A. No. Reina list the Dimaro for central heating only, so it connects to your boiler or heat pump circuit and is not available as an electric or dual fuel radiator.

What valves do I need for the Dimaro?
A. Radiator valves are not supplied, so you need a lockshield valve and a manual or thermostatic valve. Reina's pipe centre figure is 620mm, and for a measurement including valves you add 90mm. Contact our team if you would like help choosing a pair that suits your pipework.

Why is the chrome Dimaro rated lower than white or anthracite?
A. Reina's datasheet rates the chrome finish at 836W (Delta T50) and the white and anthracite finishes at 1,237W. A polished chrome surface gives off less radiant heat than a painted one, so if the Dimaro is your main heat source in a room, check the chrome figures in our table before you choose.

What are the pipe centres and wall distances on the Dimaro?
A. The Dimaro is 1760mm high and 620mm wide, with pipe centres of 620mm. Wall to pipe centres is 61 to 76mm and the distance from the wall is 99 to 114mm. Leave at least 50mm below any overhanging surface such as a shelf, and no lower than 100mm from the floor.

Which size Dimaro do I need?
A. The Dimaro comes in one size, 1760 x 620mm, in chrome, white or anthracite. Use the room fit calculator on this page to see whether it meets your room's heat loss in your chosen finish, or contact our team for advice on your room.

What is the maximum working temperature and pressure?
A. Reina's installation guide gives a maximum working temperature of 95 degrees C and a maximum working pressure of 4 bar. If you are unsure whether your system stays within those limits, ask your installer before ordering.

What is included in the box and who should fit it?
A. The Dimaro comes with four wall brackets, wall anchors, fixing screws, washers, security screws, an air vent and an end plug. Radiator valves are not included. Reina state it must be fitted by a fully qualified installer.
