Is the Reina Chisa compatible with a heat pump?
A. Reina publish a Delta T30 output for every Chisa size and finish, so it can be used on a heat pump system - use the Delta T30 column in our heat output table for accurate figures. Size the rail against that column rather than the gas boiler figures.

Can the Chisa be used as an electric or dual fuel towel rail?
A. Yes - Reina list the Chisa for central heating, electric and dual fuel. For electric or dual fuel use you need a compatible heating element, so please contact our team to confirm the right kit for your size before ordering.

Why is the chrome Chisa rated lower than white or anthracite?
A. Reina's datasheet rates the chrome finish lower than white and anthracite at both heights - for example 266W against 381W at 820mm (Delta T50). A polished chrome surface gives off less radiant heat than a painted one, so if the Chisa is your main heat source in a room, check the chrome figures in our table before you choose.

What valves do I need for the Chisa?
A. The Chisa has G1/2 inch connections, 100mm apart. Radiator valves are not supplied, so contact our team if you would like help choosing a pair that suits your pipework.

What are the pipe centres and wall distances on the Chisa?
A. Pipe centres are 100mm, wall to pipe centres is 61 to 76mm, and the rail sits 102 to 117mm from the wall. Both heights are 500mm wide.
