Why the Arbori?
Three things that set this towel rail apart.
Grouped bar design9, 12 or 16 bars ✔
Flat oval bars sit in groups with gaps between them, giving you room to hang towels while the rail stays a design feature.
Mild steel build5-year guarantee ✔
Made from robust mild steel and backed by a 5-year Reina guarantee.
Three finishesChrome, anthracite, white ✔
Pick the finish to suit the room. Anthracite and white are rated higher than chrome, so check the heat output table.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.
Is the Reina Arbori compatible with a heat pump?
A. Reina publish a Delta T30 output for every Arbori size and finish, so it can be used on a heat pump system - use the Delta T30 column in our heat output table for accurate figures. Size the rail against that column rather than the gas boiler figures.
Q.
Can the Arbori be used as an electric or dual fuel towel rail?
A. Reina list the Arbori for central heating, electric and dual fuel. For electric or dual fuel use you need a compatible heating element kit, so please contact our team to confirm the right option for your size and finish before ordering.
Q.
What valves do I need for the Arbori?
A. Radiator valves are not supplied, so you need a lockshield valve and a manual or thermostatic valve. Reina's pipe centre figure is 450mm on all three sizes. Contact our team if you would like help choosing a pair that suits your pipework.
Q.
Why is the chrome Arbori rated lower than white or anthracite?
A. Reina's datasheet rates the chrome finish lower than the painted finishes at every size. For example, the 1510mm high rail is 505W (Delta T50) in chrome and 732W in white or anthracite. If the Arbori is your main heat source in a room, check the chrome figures in our table before you choose.
Q.
What are the pipe centres and wall distances on the Arbori?
A. All three sizes are 500mm wide with pipe centres of 450mm. Wall to pipe centres is 61 to 76mm and the distance from the wall is 102 to 117mm. Reina advise leaving at least 50mm below any overhanging surface such as a shelf, and mounting no lower than 100mm from the floor.
Q.
Which size Arbori do I need?
A. The Arbori comes in 820, 1130 and 1510mm heights, all 500mm wide, with 9, 12 or 16 bars. Use the room fit calculator on this page to see which size meets your room's heat loss in your chosen finish, or contact our team for advice.
Q.
What is the maximum working temperature and pressure?
A. Reina's installation guide gives a maximum working temperature of 95 degrees C and a maximum working pressure of 4 bar. If you are unsure whether your system stays within those limits, ask your installer before ordering.
Q.
What is included in the box and who should fit it?
A. The Arbori comes with four wall brackets, wall anchors, fixing screws, washers, security screws, an air vent and an end plug. Radiator valves are not included. Reina state it must be fitted by a fully qualified installer.
