What is included?
One dual fuel adaptor, two angled valves and one thermostatic heating element in your chosen wattage. The towel radiator is purchased separately.
Will it fit my towel radiator?
Compatibility must be checked against your radiator and heating system specifications. Contact us with the radiator model and your proposed installation before ordering if you are unsure.
Which wattage should I choose?
Choose an element that matches the radiator manufacturer’s requirements. The available options are 150, 300, 600 and 900 Watt. Ask us or your installer to check suitability for your radiator.
Can I use my towel radiator when the central heating is off?
A suitable dual fuel installation gives you the option of electric heating when central heating is off. Follow the supplied instructions for operation.
Can I request different valves?
The standard kit includes two angled valves. Contact us before ordering if you require a mixed valve arrangement.
Where can I find the instructions?
Open the thermostatic element user manual. Have the plumbing and electrical installation completed by suitably qualified professionals in accordance with the supplied instructions.
