A. Yes. Each order is a matched pair - one thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) with a numbered dial for the flow connection, and one lockshield valve (no dial) for the return connection.

What does "angled" mean for this valve?
A. Angled means the valve body turns the pipe run through 90 degrees, connecting a pipe that rises from the floor into the side of your radiator. If your pipework comes straight out of the wall in line with the radiator, you may need a straight or corner valve instead - check our other Modal TRV valve listings.

Will this valve fit my radiator?
A. It uses a standard 15mm x 1/2" thread connection, which fits the vast majority of towel rails and radiators sold in the UK. If you are unsure, please contact our team to confirm before ordering.

Is this a thermostatic (TRV) valve or a manual valve?
A. The larger valve in the pair is thermostatic (TRV) - turn the numbered dial to set your preferred temperature and it self-regulates the flow of hot water. The smaller valve is a lockshield, used by your installer to balance the system rather than for everyday adjustment.

How durable is the finish?
A. The valve body is brass with a brushed finish, which is durable in normal domestic use. As with any finished metal fitting, avoid abrasive cleaners - wipe with a soft, damp cloth.

Does fitting this valve affect my radiator's heat output?
A. No. The valve controls the flow of water into your radiator but does not itself add or remove heat output - your radiator's output depends on the radiator, not the valve.
