Nice radiator, but..

The brackets aren't the best. Tiny self tapping screws to secure sliding part of bracket. Screw heads snapped off when trying to tighten so screw heads are flush with bracket. Left with partly inserted screws.

Smart, good looking radiator with convenient gaps in horizontal bars for towels. Easy to install. The only criticism is the lack of blanking valve covers on the top of the radiator, leaving the bleed valve exposed.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

You need a pair of valves for central heating connection.
You need STRAIGHT INLINE valves for pipes coming out of floor.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
