Happy Enough - But Different from Picture

Needed a 800mm rail to replace one that was too small. Delighted to find this website/company and pleased with quality - plumber found it straightforward to install and it works fine so far. But we picked this height specifically because picture for this height showed five segments, and the rail that arrived had just four segments with more bars in the lower ones.

Pretty good

This towel rail is well made. I thought the mounting brackets/posts were a bit light weight being plastic but they hold things in place well enough. I bought angled valves with the rad' and these look good. The heads on them are a bit too small- diameter wise- for me to get a good grip and turn them on/off but realistically once set they'll probably never be moved again.

All in all I think we got a good deal buying this beastie and I'm happy with it.

We offer our electric towel radiator range pre-filled with choice of element.

Element doesn't come installed on the towel rail, this is for avoiding any transit damage. You can install the element into the left or right hand side at the bottom.

We fill our electric towel rail radiators with minimum 85% Filtered RO Water (Reverse Osmosis) and inhibitor ( Ethylene Glycol ) mixture. We leave air gap for expansion and must bleed on the first heat after installation.

Sure you can. Our towel rails has a standard 1/2" BSP thread.

No, as heat rises, element must be installed at the bottom of the towel rail. Element must be immersed into the filling medium.

BTU stands for British Thermal Unit, it is energy (heat ) measurement unit. We also provide heat output of the towel rails in WATT.
